To place an order with Promo-pen, simply give us a call at 866-756-9171 and let's discuss your needs and all the details human to human! If you're too busy, you can fill out the form below and email your logo (If applicable, high-resoloution, vector based image required).
Promo-Pen will email you a PDF PROOF of the art layout and an ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from our billing agent, Kaeser & Blair, Inc.
Please carefully review the PDF PROOF & ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Email (Or fax to 254-793-2740) back your acceptance, indicating any changes (If there are changes, we will email you an add'l proof). Any errors (Ours or yours) not indicated in writing (email or fax) will not be the responsibility of Promo-pen, Kaeser & Blair or the pen manufacturer.
You can make payment by credit card or check (Although a check will slow your order down). We do not currently accept credit cards on line and it is not recommended that you email your credit card info, so at this time, please call us with your credit card info (Name on card, card number, expiration date & CVV number from back of card) or fax it to us.
